My iPhone 17 reboots several times a day when being idle.
According to the analytics logs there seems to be kernel panic related to the AppleCentauriAlpha driver.
It seems to be related to Wifi as no reboots occur when airplane mode is activated or Wifi is turned off.
Any ideas what the AppleCentauriAlpha driver is responsible for and what could be causing the reboots?

I use a TP-Link router and repeater. Unplugging the repeater made no difference. Only a router reboot solved the iPhone restarts. I am curious to see how long it is working with the repeater unplugged.
I suspect it to be an issue with the new N1 chip and its driver. My old iPhone 15 never had any issues with the same Wifi setup.
We don't know what analytics on iPhone mean and only Apple Employees can with a decoding software when you open up a support ticket. They also aren't meant to be interpreted by us. I wouldn't worry about this unless you're actually seeing the reboots in which you should open a support ticket.
Experiencing the exact same issue! iPhone 17 Pro Max - randomly reboots when the device is locked. Doesn't happen when playing music / on the phone. Exact same analytics logs as you. Extremely frustrating!
After two days of regular reboots, there was not a single one today.
Not sure whether my iPhone stopped doing what was causing the reboots or Apple rolled out a silent OTA update. The issue seems to be resolved.
Is your Wi-Fi connected?
Yes it is. I restarted my router yesterday. Maybe that helped.
Unfortunately, the issue is not solved. There have been 5 restarts within 2 hours after waking up. Rebooting the router helped again. I will continue my investigation.
Do you happen to use a Wi-Fi mesh system (like a TP Link Deco, etc)? I thought that it might be them - unplugged them from my router and realized that my ISP provided router was having issues imitting a Wi-Fi signal. Replaced the router and my phone has not rebooted once.
