My Microphone Mesh is Moving

My Microphone mesh is moving on my iPhone 15 Pro Max because I put dust removal sticker on top of it and poked it with toothpick, the mesh looks a bit dented( not that much) but its definitely moving and I can see the opening, The Audio is Good.

Should I be worried or Is it Repairable and Please tell me the approximate Repair Cost!!!

Gap between front speaker grill and aluminium in iPhone 14 plus Recently i got a 14plus and after few days of use i had just observed a gap between the front facing speaker grills and aluminium. Is this a common issue?! I have contacted apple support team and send few photos for them. They have recommended for an in store visit for close examination of this issue. Does any one here have an idea about this!? Is this a manufacturing issue
