Kurtosis12 is correct. If you haven't put your Bluetooth devices in pairing mode per the manufacturers directions, your new phone can't see them. Every time you get a new cellphone, you have to pair your Bluetooth devices all over again.

Do you have those other devices in pairing mode?

My phone will not pair via Bluetooth. I have tried resetting, toggling Bluetooth on to off to on, I’ve tried everything recommended. Nothing will pair to the Bluetooth. I even did the update.
