iphone 17 pro max speaker makes static noise when charging?

I just got my iPhone 17 Pro Max. On the first charge I noticed a static sound coming from the bottom of the phone. At first I thought it was maybe the charger port, but after plugging the speaker with my finger I realized that’s where it was coming from. It’s a weird crack-ly sound. It intermittently gets weak and then stronger in volume.

I’ve tried a restart, different chargers and blocks, etc. seems to be whenever power is plugged in.
