I set up my new iPhone yesterday with Face ID, and today when im trying to use selfie camera it stays blurry and when I switch back to main it also stays blurry. I reset phone to start it as new and now it's saying Face ID can't be done and to do it later in settings. anyone experiencing this?

You shouldn't be having an issue like this with a brand new iPhone. Both our iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max have no issues like this. I'd contact Apple Support to arrange a replacement phone.
I got it through Verizon, I will be going to the store tomorrow to get a new one and return this one. Very Frustrating. Thank you for your fast response! glad this happened within the first few days!
