I recently upgraded my MacBook to macOS Tahoe and since then the built-in and magic trackpad have been laggy when scrolling. The motion feels stuttery instead of smooth. Restarting my MacBook temporarily fixes the problem, but after some time the lag returns and I have to restart again, which is quite bothersome. Has anyone else experienced this after upgrading to Tahoe?

Hi, same problem here since the Tahoe update on MB Pro (M1 Pro) with the built-in trackpad...
It's very disappointing when you do slow scrolling on a long webpage...
Update - I erased my disk - backed up my files into a hard drive - now reinstalling Sequoia now, smh.
Yep I upgraded to Tahoe a few days ago and now the 2 finger scroll in every app has this super annoying delay before scrolling so it feels laggy and slow.

two finer scroll on laptop is super fine everywhere - my problem is only with the Magic Mouse ion any browser - not just safari
Adding my voice too… exactly the same issue.
Two finger scrolling in safari stutters and stops working all the time when scrolling. Was certainly fine before Tahoe.

This is the exact problem I’m seeing. Not related to any software (except safari), and very frustrating!
Guilty as charged! I was lazy the last couple of times and migrated rather than manually setting everything up fresh. I'll delete these old kernel extensions and re-check my login items, and see if it helps. I'm grateful you took the time to look at the file, and your advice is really appreciated.
