I’ve just added a second line to my iPhone. When I receive a call, is there a way to know whether the call is ringing on the primary or secondary line before I answer the call?
Also, is there a way to add a unique ringtone for each line?

You should see on the screen either the words "Primary" or "Secondary" (or any other name if you've customized it. See "Label your plans" in this article: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support).
