Constant restarting and glitching on my iPhone 16 Pro Max after updating to iOS 26

I updated my iPhone 16 to the new iOS 26 after doing so it worked fine on day one but today when I woke up my phone will not stop shutting off and on I cannot even have it turned on for 3 mins and it will shut off again. Ive tried restarting it and everything I know to do but it still won't stop glitching. any tips????
