IOS26 update is kicking me out of apps and messages

My phone automatically updated while I was in work last night, didn’t think much of it until I went to text my boss back, my keyboard to text was so laggy and delayed and then the messages app just kicked me out, it does it every time I send a message on the messages app and on tiktok to send a message yet Facebook messenger is fine. It’s still ongoing today and I’m ready to throw my phone into the road. My storage is 2TB and I’ve only used 165.1GB out of it. I’ve restarted my phone over 10 times. I’ve had enough. Someone help me please more I lose it with this phone
