Tahoe transparency not working on Mac despite reinstallation

After installing without any problems, the control center, the top menu, the finder and the dock are not transparent. I have tried all possible options, even reinstalling Tahoe, and this has not been resolved.

I include images of the elements that have not changed and remain non-transparent.
