Unable to change region due to active subscription on iPhone

I moved from Serbia to Belarus. I cannot change the region because of active subscription. It was cancelled, but it active still for a month. And i cannot find how to write to support from Belarus. What do i do?

Apple makes it very, very difficult to get assistance in your situation. Most Apple support telephone numbers only work for the country from which you are calling. Your best bet would be to see if you can get a chat session with anybody in Serbian support about anything and then ask if they can redirect you.
