After the AirPods Pro 3 have been successfully paired to a Windows 11 device, the microphone’s input is not picked up even though the AirPods Pro 3 are displayed as “Connected, mic, audio” in the Bluetooth settings.

Same. When I connect a different pair of AirPod Pro 3s and they work fine. But it doesn’t work with the pair that I own. And Apple Support’s suggestion to me is to buy a replacement pair for $200.
I am having this same issue. Had to unpair then re-pair for the audio to work right. Mic works when testing it in sound settings but it didn't on my Teams meeting. Restarted my laptop as well.
Hello, I am also having the same issue. My Airpods Pro 2 worked fine with my work computer, however with my Airpods Pro 3 I can only use as audio, no mic. Sounds setting in the PC and in Teams shows the mic as connected, but no one can hear me. This is very frustrating.
Same here, worked fine with my Airpods Pro 2 on PC and used it frequently. This, combined with my left Airpod constantly hissing and the occasional squeak that is quite literally dangerously loud, makes me question what happened at Apple. I've owned each generation and this is the first time I've hit problems like this.
I just gave up and asked the folks at the office for a “Teams certified” headset which works flawlessly.
