I bought an iPhone 16 pro max last year (October 2024) and since day 1, I have to charge my phone 3-4 times per day, without any excessive use. I don’t even play games nor watch movies on it.
i emailed Apple, I contacted the company i bought it and I got no help

Emailing Apple won't help much, even if you can actually find an email for Apple. I can't.
Making an appointment to have your battery checked at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop might be the way to get started.

Check to see if there is an authorized Apple service shops near your location. They have the same resources and equipment as the Apple Store.
if it was me then I would check the batt health

they say one should change the batt if the health is under 80%
even my old iphone11 with a batt health of 77% last all day on a charge.
I checked my battery health and it’s good.
max capacity is 98%
Will try that. There is no official Apple Store in Cyprus, but they got some official representatives
