I can’t use air print any more on my phone or iPad, I updated to 26 and that hasn’t helped, also checked my old phone which is still in 15 and that won’t work either! Help!

For others that may have the same trouble... I wasn't able to update the firmware via the Web Server via "check for updates" but by following the instructions on page 3 of this PDF:

and downloading the new firmware from this link:
https://download.support.xerox.com/pub/drivers/VLC405/SPs/win10/ar/VLC405_PL8-R10.pdf, it worked.
Your directions pointed me in the right direction to figure this out.

Same here. My Brother colour laserprinter does not work through AirPrint. The Printer Pro app is working perfectly!

Yes, have been speaking with the broadband company and Apple and done all the resets suggested, turned phones off and on and the same with the printer and WiFi. I can print from the Epson app and from my laptop just nothing from the Apple products. The printer is an old one but works fine WF2750
I am having the same issue. iPad 13 pro and IPhone 15 pro both upgraded to iOS 26 and now HP printer will not work. Rebooted and reconnected all to WiFi. HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 [A82674]. Everything worked without a hitch before I upgraded to iOS 26. Both devices recognize printer, but when I hit print nothing happens.
I'm having the same issue. I see the printer in the Known printers but when I select it and click the little "i" next to it, it says it's offline and it won't select the printer. No issue printing from iPhones that haven't been updated to iOS26 or my desktop or laptop that are still on Sequoia. I've tried disabling and re-enabling AirPrint in the printer settings, too, with no luck.
Thank you for responding so quickly. This printer has AirPrint and it is turned on. The printer works with every Apple device that has not been upgraded to iOS 26. I can print from my iPad mini 6th, MacBook Pro and an old iPhone. I just cannot print from the two devices (iPad pro 13 and iPhone 15 pro) that have iOS 26. I restarted the router. I restarted the printer through the hp smart app. I restarted the devices. I reset the printer to default setting. I can see AirPrint is on on the printer’s display. I can see that Airprint is on on the HP app. I can see that Airprint is on when I sign in directly to the ip address. I just can’t print via Airprint on these two devices.
Hello, I have the same issue with my iPhone 17 Pro Max on IOS 26.0.1 : impossible to print via AirPrint on my printer Xerox C405. I can print with all my other devices (iPhone 15 Pro Max on IOS 16, iMac on MacOS 26, ...).
I tried to switch off everything and restart but it doesn't work

I have updated everything. Turned everything off and on. Still no AirPrint after ios26 update. I have a HP Envy. The Hp app sees my printer but it won’t print. The print from iPhone can’t even find it. Everyone is having the same issue so can Apple please fix it

I have recently purchased an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3302fdw with AirPrint.
From my iPhone running iOS 26.0.1 I can print pictures and images via AirPrint just fine to my new printer. When trying to print a PDF or a plain e-mail for example, I can select the printer but when I hit the print button nothing happens.
Does anybody know if this is a potential bug with iOS 26.0.1, since it works perfectly for pictures. Multiple other iOS devices in the same iOS version in my home are showing the same behavior.

That’s intended to be a Microsoft Windows printer, based on the version selector available at the HP support website. Shows no Mac or mobile info in the selector. Just Windows versions.
If you wish to persist with this HP printer, ensure that firmware 6.17.5.40-202503181735 or later is loaded, from Jul 16, 2025 or later. The embedded web server or the control panel are the usual paths for updating the firmware.
File type selection is a function usually performed by the printer.
since the upgrade to ios 26 i cannot airprint anymore from my iphone 16 pro max.
it is an HP Envy Insipre 7900. i can see it but it doesn’t print, also not working when using the hp app
