I just got the iOS 26 upgrade on my iPhone 16e and everything about it is bothering me. I don't like anything about it and would like to go back to whatever previous iOS I had before. Is there a way to do that?

No, downgrading your iOS isn't supported and now isn't possible either. While you may have been able to, you no longer can as it's only possible while Apple is still signing the previous iOS version, which typically doesn't last long. But even so this is by downloading an unauthorized file from the web which can cause issues to your iPhone and is never recommended.
You can not downgrade.
