I lost my AirPods and am looking for a recommendation for new ones compatible with: iPhone 15ProMax, MacBook Pro, Watch6, iPads 4&5. Which ones will work with all of these devices?

Every model of AirPods are compatible with your devices. All that is required for a device to connect with AirPods is Bluetooth.
As for choosing which model is best for your that depends on what you want to use them form how much you want certain features, and how much you are willing to spend on AirPods. The base model 4th gen AirPods have wonderful quality and features at an affordable price and they even have Noise Cancellation for just a little more. The 3rd gen Pros are incredible with advanced technology and features with amazing audio quality. The AirPods Max are good for those who like headphones instead of earbuds.
