When a message is swiped right, a blue cloud appears (top left) that toggle the message as Read or Unread. I want to delete the blue cloud.

Then don’t pull a message thread to the right. The functionality itself cannot be deleted.

If you pull the conversation right, that will appear. Either tap on it to change the status to unread or slide left again to hide it.
You might want to provide a screen shot. What you are describing doesn’t really make much sense.
