When my job first provided me with a work phone, I logged into my personal iCloud account. I have since opened up my own line and I've created a work iCloud account but need to remove the work number from my personal account to be able to register it to the work iCloud account. When I go to the work phone to sign out from the iCloud it says I can't do so due to restrictions.

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), a frequent reason is it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by a technology administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap your Settings app > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.
- If the device is managed (check: Settings > General > VPN (or Profiles) & Device Management), contact the technology department of the organization that is doing the managing.
