Unable to get the data in iphone 13 with Jio 5G Full signal coverage

Hi,

I am continuously facing data not available issue in iPhone 13 with Jio 5G(Jio 5G full signal strength). This is not location specific. Phone configuration is Voice and Data -> 5G AUTO. But this issue is not available for the configuration 5G ON and LTE. I am using the latest ios version (ios 26). I contact Jio customer care they said that this is not jio issue. I contact apple customer care they are also told that is not hardware or software issue. For resolving temporarily this issue i need to switch on and off in airplane mode. Earlier i used Airtel sim. This issue i never faced for Airtel. Is anyone facing this issue in iphone13 or another version. Please help me .
