iPhone 16 Pro Max photo editing requires Wi-Fi after version 26 update

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I used to edit my photos without Wi-Fi, but I updated to version 26 two days ago. I can't edit my photos without Wi-Fi anymore. So why would Wi-Fi be required to remove unnecessary content from a photo? Please help.
