How can I restore my access to personal hotspot and VPN that have been greyed (inacessible) since I updated my iphone 13 with iOS 26 two days ago
I updated my iPhone 13 two days ago to iOS26. My personal hotspot and VPN are not accessible (grayed out) since the update

First of all, there is NO NEED to have a VPN on iPhone. They don't provide the security you think they do, in fact, quite the opposite. And VPN causes connectivity issues. Dump the VPN completely. Remove it in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and remove any associated VPN App. Then restart your iPhone and you'll likely be OK with your Hotspot.
