If you had Find My enabled on the phone, you could put the phone into Lost Mode, and request a remote Erase. Don't remove the phone from the list of devices associated with your Apple Account unless you want anybody who comes into possession of the phone to be able to "make your phone their own."

You could also ask your carrier to blacklist your phone.

"Offline" means that the phone does not have an Internet connection where it is located at the present time.

This is usually because the battery has run down, the phone has been turned off, or whoever has the phone has wrapped it in aluminum foil or placed the phone in a Faraday bag so that the phone cannot send or receive a signal.

In the unlikely event that the battery is still working, there are no other iPhones or devices near your phone to pick up the intermittent Bluetooth signal that the phone is sending out.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do except keep trying to see if the phone might come Online.

Frankly, because you have not been able to find the phone after 2 months, you will probably never find the phone.

Contact your carrier to ask them to "blacklist" the iPhone.
