Find Nearby Doesn’t work on iPhone 11

I have an AirTag but in Find My app i dont have “Find Nearby” function. I connected my AirTag on iPhone 12 Pro and it also didn’t worked

AirTag tracking my phone instead of the AirTag. I just purchased two brand new AirTags. After setting these up, I noticed that the Find My app is only tracking my phone, not the AirTags. The AirTags are labeled as AirTags but the location of the item on the map is really wherever my phone is. I tried giving the AirTag to another iPhone, user and having them move around, but the Find My app is still really just tracking my iPhone, I don’t understand how people use this for tracking their cars or items in different locations. The only thing that seems to work right is the precise location only if it’s really close we’ve tried toggling Bluetooth on and off, restarting our phones, toggling, Find My on and off, making sure precise location is on. Nothing is working and I am getting very frustrated.

Use iPhone XS Find My app for AirTag precise location? I have iPhone XS with updated software--does this phone support precision location in the Find My app? I have an AirTag as an Item in the Find My app on my phone. I have Precise Location turned on in the Find My app on my phone. However I do not get the "Find" option for precise location to find the AirTag--I just get "Directions" as an option. AirTag was just purchased within the last week directly from Apple.

Precision finding on my airtags not working in my new iPhone 16e I switched from iPhone 11 to 16e, and realized that precision finding with my own airtags stopped working on my new iPhone. I also shared those airtags with my wife’s iPhone, and precision finding works well in there. I also checked that: when I go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Find My, Precise Location is on, and location sharing is enabled at the “while using the app” level. when I go to Settings > My Profile > Find My, Share My Location is turned on, My Location is set to This Device, and Find My iPhone is turned on. Despite all these correct configurations, I could not enable precision finding on my new iPhone 16e. Any thoughts?

"Find Nearby" or "Precision Finding" relies on the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) service. This service is not available world-wide, and if you reside in a country that restricts it, could be the reason it is not working on either iPhone.
