Apple Watch Ultra boot loop

My Apple Watch Ultra (1st generation) is stuck in a boot loop and there is condensation in the back sensor area I have already tried a force restart and putting it in a freezer and charging it for an hour but no luck. Any ideas?

If you see condensation coming from within the watch, it needs to be serviced/replaced by Apple.

Water damage can not be fixed.

If you are willing to pay the service fee for "Other Damage", Apple will replace the whole watch.
