Enabling tracking with age data

Ok so, I want to ENABLE tracking in apps, but it says that feature is locked due to lack of age information on my apple account/ID. But my date of birth, year and date, are already entered there under personal information of my apple ID. Where else can I upload it for the phone to allow me to ENABLE tracking in apps?
