I have received a scam email about losing my iCloud 'photos etc if I don't respond to them and take steps to upgrade my payments. Do the subscriptions stay the same year on year unless I request a change. I am old and not sure if I should be taking some action because I think I have been with iCloud a year. Also I see my email on my details is 'gmail'. How can I change it to 'btinternet' please/
