iPhone number not recognized by iCloud for iMessage and FaceTime

It states the sim has been removed even though there’s been no changes. My iCloud account when signing into imessage says it’s syncing and then cancels it off

Original Title: it says my phone number is no longer active even though it is. My iCloud won’t allow me to access iMessage or FaceTime with the number even though I still have it?

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime, read this support article --> If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support


Also try restarting your device. That cleared up an activation issue we had, and it doesn't hurt to try.


If it still isn't working after a day, contact Apple --> Contact - Official Apple Support
