I am having issue with my iPhone 14 Pro Max after updating to iOS 26. My screen is appearing green blue white colours. I went to Apple icare but they charge me 36,000 as I don’t have warranty. But it’s a software problem, so Apple should repair it. what should I do now?

it is a hardware problem which happened during or around the time of the update.
You warranty is finished, so you pay.
What will you do now¿ they are not giving free service right
