iPhone 16 Pro Restore to Remove Company Device Management setup

I am leaving my company and they agreed to port my work phone number over to a new private iPhone 16 pro that I purchased. The problem I have is that when I got the iPhone 16 and I set it up by placing it next to my existing work iPhone 15. As the iPhone 16 was going through the setup it migrated over the Device Management features from my company. The problem as this phone is my private phone I cannot get past the Device Management setup screen. I have connected this new iPhone 16 to my computer and have tried to Restore the iPhone 16 using the Apple Devices app, but this is not working. When I click on Restore in the Apple Devices app it tells me that I must turn off Find My before it can be restored. However I cannot get into the settings on my iPhone 16 because I cannot get past the Device Management setup. What can I do to restore this iPhone 16?

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26

Try contacting your old company IT admin and see if they can help you out or if they see your new phone in their environment.
