Stuck during iPhone setup

I just bought an iPhone 13. When I wanted to set it up, I wanted it to pick up the settings from my other iPhone, which is my work phone. I got to the step - device management, where it says that the device is managed by my company. This is not true, the phone is mine and now I can't continue with the settings. Actually, I can't do anything because I'm stuck. If I want to continue I need to enroll my phone with company settings which is impossible. How can I reset my Iphone to factory settings again?

Sounds like you purchased a used device that is owned and managed by a corporation.

Return it and get your money back.

Either the company that owns it failed to properly retired it from their management system or the device is stolen.
