I don't have an option to login into Microsoft Authenticator app

I had Microsoft Authenticator on old android phone.

Bought 16 pro.

When i installed the app from the AppSource i didnt have that start screen to log in or import from back up.

When i go to settings, there is no info about my current account, and no Backup section. Like it works only for Local, and dont have buttons to login.

iCloud is enabled for that app.

What to do?

I have a lot of logins, i cant transfer them manually one by one.
