14 Pro Max Call failed after iOS 26 update

Hello! I have 14 pro max and after update 26 I can't call and I don't have network connection. Everybody can call me, but when I try to call it say "call failed". I see that there is new update 26.0.1 but I don't know if I update will the problem will solved? Help please.
