Shuffle All Wallpaper on Continuous not working

Setting the wallpaper to shuffle all continuously does not change the wallpaper. Ever. Been broken since Sonoma.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Settings
Goto Wallpaper
Select Shuffle All under Shuffle Aerials

All Apple wallpaper have been downloaded to computer. This appears to be happening to all my devices running MacOS Tahoe.

Only one wallpaper is shown and does not change.

I'm experiencing the same thing in Tahoe 26.0.1 - I have my desktop wallpaper set to "shuffle all" but it doesn't shuffle. If I select "shuffle aerials" or "shuffle landscapes" - same thing - it does not shuffle...

So you can only shuffle aerials and not all wallpapers? Seems odd.

It works for me in 26.2, ie. I have Shuffle All on in the Aerials section and it is shuffling the aerials at my specified interval.

I just wish it could shuffle all wallpapers, not just Aerials.
