I’m trying to get a recovery code from my call of duty account so i can change the email because i no longer have storage to my icloud… was wondering if i can purchase storage so that i can receive the email and then remove it.

If the email is from a third-party provider (eg: Yahoo or GMail etc) you can likely just log-in to your account on the email providers website, to open the email and get the code.
While logged in you may be able to authorise Apple Mail to receive your emails on your device or computer ?
If you lost access because your iCloud storage is just full,:
you may be able to still use the free 5 GB ?
