I can't revoke an app access from my Apple ID

I need to revoke this specific app from having access to my Apple ID account, I already tried 3 different Apple devices and also tried using the Apple ID website and still didn't work. I tried seeing the network tab on the browser and there wasn't any error from the API call that Apple ID website made when revoking the access. So it looked success, but the app is still on my Apple ID list. I also tried asking my colleagues if they had the same issue but they didn't, when they revoked the app's access from their Apple ID, it was success and the app got removed from the list. This isn't just a UI issue, because when I tried to login again to the app using my Apple ID, it still gave me the Apple Sign-In UI for an existing user (the one with just a question + a button to confirm + a button to close) instead of the one for a new user (the one with an option to show/hide my email etc). Can anyone help me on this? I really need this to reproduce an issue on my app
