How do I fix billing address issue on my Apple Account?

I don’t know what’s wrong with my Apple account my billing address it’s have to say none to where the payment is it’s asking me for billing address before I can download something and I don’t understand this not how it’s work in my ICloud I guess something is not right I have money in my account I want to buy Storage it’s say billing address

It will want complete information for a payment method and billing address before it will let you download anything, even free apps.

Add a payment method to your Apple Account - Apple Support

On an iPhone/iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Payment & Shipping (or Media & Purchases). You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. To update the address for a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

5. Edit the method then tap Done
