Does your battery performance also drop in WatchOS 26? The biggest problem is that from WatchOS 11 to 26 the animation of entering the center drastically freezes as if it were 20 fps?

Why is Apple Watch Series 10 slow to boot up after updating to watchOS 11.4? Since updating to Watch OS 11.4 my series 10 46mm watch is very slow to boot up after being turned off. apple watch ultra 1 extreme slow after WatchOS 26 After the WatchOS 26 update the Apple Watch experience has gone down significantly because of the lag in UI. Even to a point where I’m not a fan of using my Apple Watch anymore. Everything (such as starting apps, menu, control center, scrolling through apps, wake to rise, and much more) either very slow or laggy or both. I see on Reddit that many many users with different Apple Watch models experience the same issues. Maybe the Liquid Glass (which is barely visible, and a downgrade in design in my honest opinion) demands more CPU. But from all tech companies, Apple should know that design and functionality should lift each other up. Not compromise basic functionality and user experience for a “new” design.

Did you already try to force restart your Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

If this does not help, erasing the watch and paring it again would be the next step, which helped users in the past to get the battery life back to normal.
