my iphone 16 pro will not charge on my 2024 chevy colorado wireless charger

I just bought a 2024 chevy colorado ZR2. I was looking forward to the wireless charger and not having charging cords anymore! It has not worked with my iphone since i got it. I had an iphone 14 pro and now have an iphone 16 pro and it would not charge either one. The truck has been back to the dealer who found an update that they thought would fix it. Unfortunately, it didn't. They say since it will charge an android, that it must be an apple problem. So, I am here to see what, if anything, can be done so that my wireless charger will work in my truck.
