Spotify music stops during workout since upgrading to iOS 26

I have an iphone 16 pro and I’m using Spotify with Anker earphones.

My iPhone is on iOS 26.0.1.

My Apple Watch Ultra 1, is on watchOS 26.0.2

Since upgrading to iOS 26 I’m having issues with notifications during workouts.

after upgrading to iOS 26, the notification during workouts ( how many Kilometers I’ve done) stopped completely the music, before the upgrade it would only lower the volume, and at the end of the notification, the music continued.

now, after upgrading to the latest version, the music completely stops and doesn’t continue when the notification ends.

of course before iOS 26 it worked perfectly.

someone encountered this? Apple is aware?
