Audio Issue with Beats Fit Pro and Apple Watch Ultra

Devices:

• iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.5.1)

• Apple Watch Ultra (watchOS 10.5)

• Beats Fit Pro

Problem:

• When listening to audiobooks on Apple Books or music on Spotify, I encounter an issue:

• After pressing play on my Apple Watch, the audio plays for about 2 seconds and then stops, although the progress bar continues, and the Beats Fit Pro remain connected.

• To temporarily fix this, I disconnect and reconnect the Beats Fit Pro, but the issue repeats.

Troubleshooting Steps Tried:

• All apps are updated to the latest versions.

• Reset Beats Fit Pro by pressing the button inside the case and reconnecting them.

• This seemed to work briefly during a workout today (using only the Beats Fit Pro and the watch), but the sound quality was not ideal.

• The problem reoccurred in the evening, following the same pattern.

Request for Help:

• Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution?

• Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try?

I solved the problem!

Solution:

• I went to the Watch app on my iPhone and navigated to Settings > Reset (at the bottom) > Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings.

• This cleaned my Apple Watch, which was possibly too full of unused apps, stored podcasts, music, and audiobooks.

• I had to enter my password a couple of times, and when it restarted, I set it up as a new watch instead of restoring from a backup.

• it has been almost a week and it seems to be working perfectly.

keep attention that if you factory reset the watch it will take 20/30 mins and it will install again the apps. Keep the cellular data setup during the process. In the start of the erase it will ask if you want to erase the cellular or not.
