Apple Watch arm movement pauses audio on headphones

Lately, I have become extremely aggravated because every time I raise the arm with my Apple Watch, it pauses the audio on my Beats headphones. I’ve tried to Google answers, but Eisens related to workout pausing. My problem is with random arm movements throughout the day stopping the audio books I’m listening to on my BEATS headphones. I’ve tried restarting both iPhone and Apple Watch, neither of which has helped. I really need this issue resolved!
