Unlocking a locked Brazilian Apple Account for app transfer on new iPhone

I have 2 accounts under my phone, one its from my brazilian account, under this email, and the other is a new zelaand account, where i am currently living. 

I purchase the new iphone and I have some purchases still from my brazilian account, now that i am transfering all apps to my new phone, it says that my account is locked.

Can I have it unlocked or the old apps deleted? because its influencing in the transference to my new device.  

The other account the is in use for me is patypontesm@hotmail.com - this one works fine.

I dont know what to do or even whichs apps i have under this one because i cannot even get in to delete it.
