How to stop keyboard from announcing every letter?

my keyboard tells me every letter on the keyboard when I type it in,and I have tried to turn it off but I don’t know where to go or what to do someone please help because my keyboard noise isn’t working either!

Go to settings, accessibility, turn off voice over.
