How do I add a payment method when the options are all grayed out

How do I add a payment method when the options are all grayed out??

I am on a Family Apple Card that has out of date information, and I cannot seem to change anything.

Cannot update Apple ID payment method I'm unable to change my payment method. My card ran out and i got a new one. Not it tells me to update my payment method. If i click on it to change it i can't edit anything or even add a new payment method. The "Edit" button is greyed out, if i click on my card to update the Date and CVV it's also greyed out. Doesn't work on any device (IPhone, IPad, MacBook). Also not online.

Cannot add payment method. Button is dimmed and un-click-able I cannot click the button that says add a payment method. It won’t let me. No option is given. Already confirmed other through family but I don’t want to use their payment method. I don’t want to spend their money.

Are you the family organizer? Only the organizer can update payment.
