iPad Refresh rate issues

Hey everyone, I’m 15 but I would like to ask and just share a problem that I have had with the IPad Air m3 13 inch, It’s a great device, it does everything but since the new iOS 26 I have noticed that it sometimes but everyday goes down from 60hz to 45hz and sometimes 30hz, it usually occurs after some use ( mainly Roblox ) or on lower battery percentages (50% >), it’s not due to overheating, but It’s sometimes when I swipe from the top a little and then it changes, I did try the beta at the very beginning when I got it but I moved to the no beta.

I would love to here what you think

also I did notice that after 4 months of use, The battery health has dropped to 95%, I am using a 100W changer so it can charge faster because the battery is huge.
