Just wanted to know are these marks normal these are of the box service center denied replacement like are these manufacturing defects, anyone else had any of these out of the box 16 pro black titanium, activated by me out of the box marks, the camera ring picture is from macro lens

The iPhone 16 was introduced more than a year ago. The seller might have told you that the phone was new, but it wasn't. I've seen refurbished phones in significantly better condition that the phone that you have pictured.
Did you buy from an authorized Apple shop? If you did, their name will appear when you click and check for authorized dealers in your area.
Do you see the name of the dealer?

Do you see the name of the dealer?
A couple of clues, although not definitive, as to if it was new. Was the box factory sealed? Did you peel the protective plastic from the phone? Check setting>battery>battery health. How many cycles? It would be normal for a new phone to have 2-3, plus what you have added, but no more than that. What does it say under "first use"? What iOS was it using "out of the box"?
Just a WAG, but your dealer (if NOT an Apple Store) may have used it as a display model.
Cosmetic damage is not covered by any warranty.
If purchased from Apple, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.
If outside the return period, you are out of options.

If the phone was purchased from a non-Apple authorized retailer, your only option is to work with the seller. Try to return the phone for a refund.
It would seem that you have a previously owned device.

Yes it was sealed, the plastic peel was there, battery cycle count zero, non activated checked everything also the mfd was 08/25 and i bought it in 09/25 right after the launch of 17 , bought online from a marketplace then confirmed with apple they said yes they are one of our offical seller, ios 18
