Request for Support

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my iPhone, which I purchased from the Apple Store in Manhattan. Recently, I noticed that whenever I take a photo, a visible “line” appears in every image.I am sending a photo of this problem too.There are no visible signs of physical damage to the device, and I am unable to derermine the cause of this issue.


I consulted with a non-authorized service provider, and they suggested that this issue might be due to a factory defect. Given that my iPhone is still under warranty, I would like to request an official inspection and repair from an authorized Apple service center.


Please let me know the next steps in this process, including any information I need to provide or actions I should take. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly and appreciate your assistance.

You are NOT writing Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates. If you believe there is an issue with your iPhone, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and option. You mention you bought the phone in Manhattan. Are you in the US? iPhone warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, so if you are outside the US, you'll need to bring the phone back to the US for warranty support.
