Request for Support
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my iPhone, which I purchased from the Apple Store in Manhattan. Recently, I noticed that whenever I take a photo, a visible “line” appears in every image.I am sending a photo of this problem too.There are no visible signs of physical damage to the device, and I am unable to derermine the cause of this issue.
I consulted with a non-authorized service provider, and they suggested that this issue might be due to a factory defect. Given that my iPhone is still under warranty, I would like to request an official inspection and repair from an authorized Apple service center.
Please let me know the next steps in this process, including any information I need to provide or actions I should take. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly and appreciate your assistance.
