Green lines on iPhone 16pro max. Will this be resolved ?

My husband’s phone is only 45 days old with no physical damage and also he has not used the phone much and now there are two vertical green lines that is appearing on a screen out of nowhere and the lines are not disappearing. At all. When we contacted the Apple support we were told that this issue has been happening with this iPhone 16 Pro Max models and they are telling us to visit the store to get this fixed ASAP because the software updates never helped. It is so shocking to see that such things are happening in iPhones

Thank you for the photo.

A Faulty iPhone Screen:

It seems you have a faulty device, and Apple wants to confirm if this is the case. So, setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you’ll be provided with your options. Note that these are just user-to-user forums. We are all everyday Apple users like yourselves. No one here has any say in what can and cannot be serviced (and that is a good thing, BTW)
