My iphone 13 started having these colored lines. It was fine a few moments ago and when I decided to change my phone case, it suddenly had these lines. I already reset the phone and I also don’t have warranty for the phone anymore. Would I still be able to fix this myself or do I need to go to a repair shop?

If you already tried to perform (to no avail) the basic troubleshooting steps (remove the cover, force restart your iPhone, restore the device to factory settings), it might be a screen or other internal component failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to run tests remotely), using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service , or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
