Revised iPhone Trade In value due to alleged Wi-Fi issue

Has anyone else had a perfectly working phone they were trading in, that when it was sent in received a revised trade in value? The phone was working perfectly when I did the factory reset and put in the box provided to send it back. A few days later I received notification that the WiFi was not working on the phone, which I don't believe to be true.

I'm sure others have had their phones value adjusted, but you're essentially poll taking, which is a violation of the terms of use for this forum. This is a user to user only forum and regardless of whether anyone else has had a valud adjustment, you've had one and we can't honestly do anything about that.

You can certainly reject the valuation and request to have your phone returned to you. You can contact Apple Support, but they use a trade in partner, so they can't test your phone themselves.

I wish there was something anyone here could do for you, but there really isn't. If you're in the US and you'd like to speak with Apple, you can call them at: 800-MY-APPLE
